History

First opened in 1969, Brockville Ontario Speedway (BOS) is now in its 50th Anniversary season.  The speedway holds racing events every Saturday from May through the summer and Fall Nationals in October.  It started as a 1/4 mile (0.4 km) long oval for the first 38 years or so, before having major improvements completed in 2007 to the racing surface. Improvements included making the corners 25 feet longer, increasing the track length to almost 3/8 of a mile (0.6km).

Pricing

The tickets are very affordable if you want to attend a race, ranging from just $14 to $27. Kids under 15 get in free for most events. To attend Fall Nationals, tickets will cost you $40 for adults and $5 for kids 15 and under. They have races Friday and Saturday for Fall Nationals so you’ll have more than one opportunity to attend some races. If you’ve never been to a racing event, Brockville Ontario Speedway is a great place to get a feel for the electric atmosphere of open dirt racing.

Family Friendly

Events at BOS are not only fun for the race enthusiast, but for the whole family as well! With kids under 15 getting in for free, there’s no reason not to bring the kiddos along for some exciting fast-paced action. They also have campgrounds available on the outskirts of the track, so make a weekend out of it equipped with one of Honda’s generators that can be found on our power equipment page.  For more information regarding schedules and reservations, feel free to check out their website at http://brockvillespeedway.com/.
